After New York finally put in place a law decriminalizing toplessness for women now we move the fight to New Jersey. When will women be given equal treatment comparable to men when it comes to baring their chests in public? Remember the days when everyone wore full head to toe bathing costumes to the beach? Well you probably don't since you'd be dead if you did. Nevertheless, progress comes glacially slowly in the nudist world. Check out the fight of a courageous lady in New Jersey. Desert Sun Resort goes to court

Well it looks like Desert Sun Resort in Palm Springs, CA (the old Desert Shadows Inn) is headed to court to settle their policy of not allowing children to visit the resort. They were being threatened with a lawsuit for their policy of banning children at the resort and also issuing couple-only day visit passes. I'm thinking this will open a can of worms. My wife and I have been to this resort and we really enjoy the facilities.
