In addition to banning dogs, camping, etc. on Wreck Beach, it seems authorities are trying to ban smoking there as well. That's making long time beach organizer and nudist, Judy Williams, smoking mad. She feels they are trying to nickel and dime the nude beach out of existence eventually. She may be right. When they can't make nude beaches outright illegal they try subtler approaches.
