New Zealand Court upholds nude jogging

In a case that's run for over a year, the High Court of New Zealand has overruled the conviction of Andrew Lyall Pointon for jogging nude in a remote forest. Based upon the complaint of one woman who saw him jogging nude in Oropi Bike Park he was arrested and convicted of offensive behavior.  The High Court, however, agreed that simple nudity is NOT offensive behavior.  Someone should explain that to the folks in Scotland or even the U.S. for that matter.  Kudos to New Zealand for a sane approach to simple nudity.
